Exceptionally comfortable beds, coffee and climate control in the room. With wake-up service available and super-friendly staff on the reception desk. Very central location very very close to train station. Not very far from Tuttomondo by Keith Haring.

Location
The room was rather shabby, wall paper and curtains dirty and torn, but at the reception next morning we were told they had better rooms because they were refurbishing and ours was one which had not been refurbished yet. They said we should specifically ask for a "good" room another time!

The location is a huge plus, just minutes from the train station and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was really good, always friendly and helpful. The surrounding area felt unsafe at times, with noticeable cleanliness issues. My room had a musty smell initially, which did improve after ventilation. Breakfast offered was decent, but the view was less than appealing.

Great location for the airport or for getting into the centre of Pisa. Comfy room and good value.
Looks a bit shabby without the chic. Need to be quick for the breakfasts - we came down at 9.30 and there was very little left.

I was very happy with the shuttle service from the airport as we arrived near midnight. As I was only staying over night on route to Cinque Terra, I found it very convenient to the train station. It was also economically priced. Thank you.

Family Perfect base for exploration
The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious foods that kept all my family happy. Plus, the staff were really pleasant and helpful, always ready to assist when we needed something.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
